Maurice B. Edu, Jr. (born April 18, 1986) is an American soccer player who plays for Rangers in the Scottish Premier League and the United States national team. Edu grew up in San Bernardino, California to Nigerian parents. His father, Maurice Sr., was a mathematics teacher, and his mother is a chemistry teacher. Edu has three sisters and a brother.
